"I wanted to reference the experience as a kid when you would use a sharpie to draw on your ball to make it your own. Forms snake around the ball and don’t have a starting or ending point. The sweeping elements capture the looseness of a daydream doodle with casual lines and color application. I feel the ball exudes an unlabored and free-flowing quality that runs parallel to playing a game for joy."
